I like to share with you PagePressApp, a free Facebook app that helps to get fresh content for your fanpage

I’ve recently started using PagePressApp. It’s an app that allows me to connect my Facebook fanpage to my Wordpress blog. There are a couple of reasons I started using this app. First, a lot of my fans on Facebook don’t know about my blog, even though I’ve listed it on my fanpage info tab. Guess most people don’t bother to look. Secondly, if I update my blog, I have to manually insert the link on my fanpage, each time to share the blog post with my fans. Sometimes I forget and my fans, if they follow my blog, miss out on any important updates. So I started looking for ways to automate this. There are so many apps out there that allow people to share blog posts or news reports at a click of a button on Facebook but it’s very hard to find one that works for a Facebook fanpage. The thing that I like most about PagePressApp is that it’s practically a set and forget thing. I integrate it to my Facebook fanpage, enter my preferred configurations and it continues to syndicate my blog posts on my fanpage whenever I update my blog. Plus, it syndicates my blog posts on two locations on my fanpage – on my fanpage wall and a separate tab for my blog where my fans can go to see my blog posts minus all the clutter on my fanpage wall. It is really easy to integrate the app to your Facebook account. The configurations are basically self explanatory but they do have video tutorials as well in the unlikely event that you find yourself lost so that department is basically taken care of. So now my fans know that I have a blog and I get to share valuable content with them right there on my Facebook fanpage. 11 Reasons Why You Should Consider a Job in Search Engine Marketing

11 Reasons Why You Should Consider a Job in Search Engine Marketing
By Kalena Jordan
Are you currently seeking employment? Looking for a new profession? Considering a career change? Then a job in the field of Search Engine Marketing should be at the top of your list. Here are 10 reasons why:
1) The Search Industry is HOT
The first dot-com bubble may have burst 6 years ago, but the current bubble is getting bigger and stronger every day. One of the main reasons for the current dot-com boom is the skyrocketing growth of the search engine industry. No longer the territory of geekdom, search has exploded into the mainstream over the past few years and businesses are falling over themselves to get seen by online searchers. And they'll pay big bucks to search engines for the privilege.
Have you noticed that Google shares recently hit USD 500 EACH? It's not a coincidence. Search giants like Google, Yahoo and AOL can't fail to make money because everybody wants a bit of the search action. There's no denying, search is HOT, HOT, HOT.
2) It's Considered one of Four Jobs on the Cutting Edge
According to a recent article on MSN Careers, the position of  Search Engine Optimizer is considered one of four jobs on the cutting edge right now. Who gave it this title? A representative from the world's largest specialized recruitment firm - Robert Half International Inc.
Search Engine Optimization is considered a sub-set of Search Engine Marketing. If you're unsure what a Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) does, below is a definition provided by MSN Careers:
"Search engine optimizers (SEOs) increase a firm's Web site traffic by improving its search-engine page rankings. This is an especially important task in today's Internet-driven world, where many customers first learn of an organization and its products or services through the Web. Because of a shortage of experts in this relatively new area, many top SEOs receive multiple job offers. SEOs typically supplement their knowledge of how various search engines operate and determine page rankings with strong marketing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and program using HTML."
Wikipedia also defines Search Engine Optimizers here.
3) The Pay is Fantastic
A job in the search industry can be unbelievably lucrative. As noted recently by Jennifer Laycock of Search Engine Guide, "There are quite literally more jobs than there are skilled marketers and salaries can skyrocket to almost embarrassing levels."

Have you seen the type of salaries that search engine marketing and search engine optimization consultants are currently commanding in the US? Clearly, the search industry is making some people rich. Here are some typical salaries in USD:

Entry level SEO/SEM position = $30-45K
Three to five years experience / online account managers = $50-75K
Five + years / organic SEO specialists = $75-90K
Senior management level = $70-120K
SEM Director = $95-150K
VP Level = $100-315K

4) You Don't Need a College Degree
Because the search industry is relatively young, there are only a handful of online courses and certifications offered in the field of Search Engine Marketing with Search Engine College  http://www.searchenginecollege.com/affiliates/jrox.php?id=423_1_aaid_1 being one such training provider.

Most search engine marketing practitioners are self-taught, learning the trade by experimenting with their own sites, researching trends, attending conferences and participating in discussion forums and so employers don't generally require SEO / SEM certification or a tertiary qualification as a pre-requisite for a position in the industry.

However, candidates who hold a marketing degree or specific industry certification in Search Engine Marketing may well have an edge over their fellow applicants when it comes to interview selection.
5) You Can Learn it all Online

Everything you need to know to become a Search Engine Marketer, you can learn online. All the information is out there, you just have to find it. To become an expert in SEO / SEM, you need to do research, research and more research. Read everything you can get your hands on relating to search on a daily basis, including articles, forums, ebooks, blogs and newsfeeds. Then you need to put this knowledge into practice by experimenting with your own sites, or finding guinea pig sites to practice on such as those of friends, family or charity sites until you find the methods that give you the best results. Programming knowledge is not a pre-requisite for SEO / SEM jobs, but it does help to learn basic HTML. There are plenty of free HTML tutorials online.
If you don't fancy years of research or are in a hurry to jump-start your career in search, consider taking an online Certification course in one of the many Search Engine Marketing disciplines such as the Certification Pathways provided by Search Engine College http://www.searchenginecollege.com/affiliates/jrox.php?id=423_1_aaid_1. These type of courses are usually tutor-led and designed to fast-track your training and ensure you gain the right type of skills to make you immediately employable within the search industry.

6) You Can Be Your Own Boss

Because most of the work you'll be doing is online, Search Engine Optimizers and Search Engine Marketers often have the freedom of choice to work for an employer, work from home and/or freelance. Many SEO / SEM freelancers end up hiring workers and starting their own company due to the massive demand. This gives search engine marketing experts the work from home lifestyle that others can only dream of.
7) Search Marketing Has the WOW Factor

Once they know what they're doing, it's very easy for a Search Engine Marketer to wow their clients. The difference that a successful SEO or PPC campaign can make to a client's bottom line is substantial. I've seen online conversion rates for a client zoom from 1% to a massive 5% after just two small tweaks to their web site. And although rankings are not as important as actual conversions, clients still get very excited to see their site listed in the top 10 search results for certain keywords. It's the WOW factor in action.
8) The Demand is Strong and Growing

As mentioned in relation to search engine salaries, there are literally many more jobs than there are skilled marketers to fill them. This extreme demand means Search Engine Marketers can pick and choose their jobs and/or clients. The more skilled marketers are head-hunted regularly. For Search Engine Optimization firms, there are more than enough clients to go around and rarely a need to advertise for new business. That's why you often find SEOs turning away clients or recommending their competitors during extremely busy periods.
Experts in select specialties such as Pay Per Click Advertising (a sub-set of Search Engine Marketing) are currently enjoying even higher demand than usual, as advertisers out-bid each other to have their site shown for popular keyword searches on Google, Yahoo! and MSN. Another indicator of high demand is the sheer number of search-related job postings seen on employment sites such as those listed here.

9) The Industry is Hip and Groovy

There's something very trendy about people in search that I can't quite put my finger on. There's a constant buzz around them. If you've ever been to a search engine conference or to Google’s headquarters you'll know what I mean. Maybe it's the fact that they've come from so many different professions. Or that the age range of search marketers varies from teens to Baby Boomers. Or their whacky dress sense. Maybe it's the smell of money and happiness that they give off. Maybe it's the fact that they are constantly in the media. I don't know. All I know is that it's no longer uncool to be a geek. In fact it's downright hip to be square.
10) The Skills Are Portable and Global

Skills in search engine marketing are portable and global. You don't need to be at a desk, in an office or on the phone all day. You don't even need to meet your clients. Of all my clients, I've probably only met 20 percent of them and spoken to half of them on the phone or via chat. You can be on vacation for six months out of the year in various locations and still conduct business. You literally only need a computer and an Internet connection. The Internet is the universal equalizer. You can service clients in any country in the world, in many different languages. You can compete with one man operations and Fortune 500 companies on the same level playing field.  The flexibility of the search industry is a huge advantage over other career options. Have laptop, will travel!
11) Job Satisfaction is High

Search is a fascinating industry. With all the hype, daily gossip, corporate take-overs, start-ups and geek toys, I can guarantee that you won't get bored. This combined with the flexible work hours, low start-up costs, ability to be your own boss and the excellent income keeps job satisfaction high for Search Engine Marketers. So what are you waiting for? Go get a job in search!

Why Affiliate Marketers Use Landing Pages!

Why Affiliate Marketers Use Landing Pages! All the products that you want to sell online are ready. All the products are ready that you want to sell online. Selling online all the products you have are ready. You have already prepared the ad you want to post on your affiliate’s site, you have already signed up with the Google Adsense program or with other affiliate marketing programs. Being the next most successful online businessman is what your mind is now set to. But is there anything else that you might have forgotten to prepare? Might you have forgotten to prepare for anything else? However, is there anything else that you may have forgotten to prepare for? Maybe none. Yet, what about your landing pages? Set out for your business, are they done? Whenever visitors click on a result in a web search or whenever they click on a web ad, they arrive at a landing page. As merchant, landing pages would refer to the webpage where you would be directed after clicking your ad on your affiliate’s website. Especially if the website is an e-commerce site, landing pages are, at most times, nothing really different from other web pages in a particular site. Some online businessmen would even use the homepage of their websites as the landing page for their ads. Are these businessmen making a big mistake? Or should you follow their method in creating landing pages for their ads? Like most online retailers, directing their potential customers to the homepages of their websites, is something that you can follow. Directing their potential customers to the homepages of their websites, like most online retailers do, is something that you can follow. But if you want to achieve something more from your online business, and if you want to earn a lot of profits, you better create a special landing page for your web ads. Why is this? Why you need to use landing pages for your web ads have a few good reasons. It would be a lot better if you created a great landing page, take not, than a so-so one. free affiliate review sites Reason no. 1: Reason no. 1: In an affiliate marketing program, it is the only way you earn conversions. There are a variety of affiliate marketing programs today, but most of these programs let the merchant pay the affiliate in a pay per click basis. All you have to do, basically, is sign up and submit your ad. Distributing your ad to various affiliates is what the program owner would then do and they would place your ad on their websites. As the user gets directed to your website after clicking your ad, you would then pay the affiliate for your service. As a merchant, you earn in an affiliate program through conversions—that is whenever a visitor that is directed to your site actually buys a product on your site. Earning nothing is basically what happens without these conversions. Also, the more visitors that your affiliates have directed to your site, the larger would your expense be. And the only way that you can recover from these expenses is through conversions. Without an actual landing page for the potential customer to be redirected into, you sure won’t get any conversions if you have posted an ad on your affiliate’s site. It’s sort of like advertising without a store to sell your product Even if your advertisements may be enticing enough to encourage people to purchase your product, how will they actually purchase your product without a landing page? It is therefore important to have landing pages for your ads because it is the only way for you to earn something in an affiliate program. All you do is spend money paying your affiliates without actually getting anything in return if you don’t have a landing page. Reason no. 2: Other web pages may just not be enough. Many people make the mistake of making their website's homepage as the landing page for their ads. For those who make use of other pages like a ‘contact us’ page or product page, the same are true for them. Often designed to serve multiple users, homepages contain a lot of links to other websites or page. With the other two pages mentioned, the same is true. We are sure that you don’t want your landing page to cater to the needs of various people, most of which may not really be interested with your product, if you want to be successful in an affiliate program. When choosing a landing page, you must always have the customer directed into that page in mind. Therefore, your landing page must be relevant to the keywords and the contents you placed on your ad. It is also important that the landing page can induce your visitor to take action—that is to purchase your product or at least provide leads for potential customers. Final Word To save on advertising expenses and to gain more profit are the reasons you entered into an affiliate marketing program. Without having a landing page, you’ll end up paying too much without getting anything in return, if you get into an affiliate marketing program. And don't get us wrong; it isn't enough for you to have just a landing page—it should be a great landing page! free affiliate review sites

Not too long ago I joined a free membership site called Killer Preseller. The site free web page templates that you should use to promote ClickBank products.

Why Use Pages?

One of the affiliates make is linking directly to an affiliate product owner's website with out creating their own page. By doing so you your page to rank in the major search engines for key phrases that will otherwise not be through direct linking.

Not only that in relation to by , Google will see that your website is very and can reward you with low -per-clicks and a high quality you to get probably the most out of your clicks!

With these reasons alone it makes sense to have a page to your affiliate campaign. Not only are you keeping the major search engines happy, you're 'pre-' your visitors.

Assuming you do a good of the product, the good , , and giving an unbiased opinion you'll the 's as they know what to expect and will be more inclined to buy.

What Makes A Food Web Page?

A good page needs to flow and never scream ' me' like a sales page does. at the same time it pre- the for the offer ahead, and get them off your page. The Elite templates in Killer Preseller have a really really feel to them with a design and large page breaks throughout to maintain the reader's attention. Do I Need To Know What I'm ?

Super affiliates are all the time about what product they promote and can go a great distance into researching it if it is worth their time. It makes sense to know what you are and if you wish to go the extra mile, you should purchase the product beforehand and review it yourself. , when you be part of Killer Preseller they will have already the product and reviewed it. How much you make is dependent in your drive and . If you want to promote a 'drop a few pounds' product for example, and your landing web page and do nothing, you're not going to see a lot in the way of results. You would be to even get a sale.

, for those who to their and promote your page via article submissions, software program submissions, press-releases social networking, social bookmarking, forums and more then it becomes worthy of your time.

Most product vendors pay seventy five percent commission and make use of up-sells in their sales funnel. One of many Elite templates that I promotes a Foreign exchange product and the three sales from this morning have already earned me $268 in commissions!
